I have been looking in the newspaper and reading it faithfully since we recently have mysteriously been receiving a free newspaper...Haven't been able to catch the paper boy at 3 am to tell him his mistake, noone returns calls either. NeWayz I didn't want to waste them, but it's made me just really ready to start preparing. So after looking at lots of ads for furniture that I want to put in my new house, garden relics and countless other things I WANT, I've finally decided how I'm gonna use my stimulus package. It's ALL going towards my 72 hr kit and family year supply.
After seeing cyclones, tornadoes, earthquakes, fires and floods across the Nation all happen, literally in one single week. Let's just say it kinda woke me up that there is no more time, this cannot wait any longer. Since my husband can now afford a mortgage and we will soon have our own place...& many thanks to Uncle Sam and a big answer from my worried prayers to God the Almighty...Thanks for the stimulus package.
Here are some places, I found great ideas

A Lana story:
Once recently, when I just finished Breast-feeding the baby during naptime for Lana. Lana was lying down next to us and singing to herself. I looked around for my breastpad that went missing and said aloud to myself.." Now where did that crazy breastpad go?" Lana, stopped humming and looked at me, then she looked down at her chest and reached down into her shirt and pulled one out. She said "..Here mommy" and she handed my missing pad over with a super big smile. That made me Bust Up literally!
A Tali story:
Seems our lil' 10 month old is a comedian. She is always making funny faces and really weird noises and when she gets our attention, she throws her head back and laughs like she was waiting for an audience. Recently, she was kinda whining when I had her in her playpen...when she coughed, I looked at her and she looked back all innocent...then she continued her whining noise, without any notice from me and then she coughed again, I looked at her and she then smiled. Then she started coughing more with a fake gurgling sound, like she was doing it on purpose she ended up laughing hard everytime I would look over at her with a worried turn of my head, it took me awhile to finally realize, she was playing a game...when I started playing back, It was pretty funny, we both ended up laughing hard.
